The bank will then analyze your papers and the chosen apartment and, if approved, will offer the best financing conditions.


Another alternative to pay smaller installments than the value of your current rent is to do a financing with the balance of your FGTS, which also happens through the Caixa Econômica Federal.

Basically, the FGTS balance is used to buy a house that is ready or still in the planning stage. The amount earned in this system is used at the time of contracting as a down payment on the financing, representing part of the payment amount or, if possible, the total amount.
